The game is good; just grind, and you don't really have to pay for anything. 
It is pay for convenience, but for any player for these types of games, just grind.
Most negative reviews are just saying the same thing over and over again (echo chamber).
Yes, the game has problems, but so does any game on Steam. 
The developers clearly care (example patch notes), so I say give them time to cook.
Remember, Warframe was also in a pretty bad spot when it first released.

dont get me wrong the combat and the class system is great and all but at the end of the day its a rpg......
