Had to download a mod to get Japanese audio. I like the gameplay, but it's not quite what i expected when i saw a mecha game. There's a lot of grabbing enemy robots and swinging or throwing them at their friends. The one vs many fights are pretty reasonable and fun, but the boss fights break a bunch of rules which funnels player actions into doing the same thing over an over. It's fun getting new abilities even if I never used over half of them. The major plot is fun, but the characters being a bunch of tropes is disappointing. I did enjoy Dingo and ADA.

My playtime includes a bit of extra playing around with pluffins and decorating. I think I made Alta drink most of the teas, but there might be some secret ones that you don't get the recipe of? A bunch of the customer requested recipes didn't have any special monologue from Alta so I didn't try the usual seeming ones.
There were some issues i had with precise plant placement, especially on the raised field things. Not having the option to pre-rotate trinkets on tables was annoying as well. I didn't encounter any game breaking bugs.
Overall, I liked the story, however, for a story about overwork there's not enough materialist analysis, for my taste. The worldbuilding has some bizarre/fantastical elements and a bunch of mundanity, so it's not very coherent, but that lets the story have a wide range of characters.

my playtime is from 2 >12 hour sessions, so it's not unengaging. the sessions were also more than a year apart, so i was basically going in without any knowledge about the systems, which meant a lot of the playtime was spent idling or waiting on very slow change. Didn't help that i picked a different small isolationist monarchy both times... It's hard to grasp what things are going on at times, but i suppose that is just a lack of experience with the game.

It's nice that it's gay, the music and art is good too. I cannot stand the gameplay. The review window asks if i would recommend it and I have to say yes, but I did not finish the game and I hated playing it, even on easy mode.

Unfortunately, it's fun. Kinda doubt the replayability, but maybe the hard drive special recipes would change up your playthrough.

edit: I'm now realizing that maybe Zan's gun staying in place midair when he checks the time is intentional, love this game.

The variety of magic you get is pretty nice. The character writing is good, but a bit cliche at times. From what I've read ver.1.22... improved on the original's combat and I fear what that felt like if this is the improved version. Certainly worse than automata but has a bit of depth if you look for it. Some of the room transitions are really annoying in how they take control away from the player and/or the camera. Overall, I did enjoy the experience, despite the repetetiveness, but I do not feel like getting 100% achievements after getting all the endings.

They're (Me's) calling it the most sisterful single child story of the semiannum.
Went places I wasn't expecting, but I went into the game like 99.9% blind due to a shoutout by a Signalis dev.
The writing was consistent yet unpredictable at times, I enjoyed it.
Pro Tip: make a save before starting the brute force search...
