I love 40k and the trailer and gameplay snippets I saw led me to trying this game out.

I thought the core gameplay loop was interesting, and I didn't get far enough to make a judgement on progression, endgame or anything like that.

I played two missions, one with 2 players and a bot, and another with 3 bots. It's my fault for not reading the store page closely enough, but I was very disappointed that there was no solo mode.

Playing with other players makes enjoyment and success largely dependent on three other players, and playing with bots cranks up the difficulty a fair bit.

It sounds like the developers have plans to add a solo mode but for now I've uninstalled and refunded the game. Just wasn't for me.

Really enjoyed this game, took about 6 hours to play through the main story at a decent pace.

The world building is fantastic, story is compelling, and characters are interesting.

I don't usually write reviews, so I don't know what else to say. Great game.
