The game is absolutely amazing. If you're looking for story this is the best experience you will have from all of the Rockstar games combined. The gameplay and open world is also incredibly immersive. You will need a somewhat powerful PC however, since I could only run on high graphics settings on my GTX 1060 3GB. Online is there I guess; I only got on a few times, but with some friends I'm sure it would be fun. If you enjoy story, immersive gameplay and open world, and a memorable cast of characters I can't recommend this to you enough.
