500 g naut
350 g rosii in suc propriu
1 lingura suc de rosii concentrat
2 morcovi
2 cepe
un catel de usturoi
ulei de masline
2 frunze dafin
rozmarin
piper boabe si macinat
patrunjel verde
sare
Mod de preparare
Se pune la inmuiat nautul (12 ore).
Se scurge si se pune la fiert cu o frunza de dafin, un catel de usturoi, rozmarin, ulei, boabe de piper, timp de 30-45 minute.
Se rad morcovii, se taie ceapa marunt si se calesc in doua linguri de ulei adaugand 100 ml apa sau supa de legume.
Se lasa pe foc 5 minute apoi se adauga sucul de rosii, cimbru, sarea si piperul macinat, dupa gust.
Nautul fiert si scurs de apa se amesteca cu sosul, o frunza de dafin si se da la cuptor timp de 20 min.
Cand este gata se presara patrunjelul taiat fin deasupra si se serveste.
