I just finished the campaign and while there were some issues overall I really enjoyed my time with it, it scratches the itch of tactical RTS that in some ways I think is more fun/done better than Company of Heroes.
While I am slightly lukewarm overall with the review I think that (1) many of the issues can be fixed very easily with some balancing changes and UX considerations
(explaining better (even in the objectives list) how to take the EWS truck from the integrator camp mission) and (2) I want to see more tactical RTS content like this and *would* pay for it, hell, I would probably pay about the same price for another campaign of similar/longer playtime on this game if I could.
