I genuinely enjoy this game. The shooting is okay, the voices are comically bad, and the concept is simple, but the real thing that makes this game work is the pace. It moves FAST and the rpg elements move even faster letting you feel clearly, incrementally stronger each run. Random events and story missions sprinkled throughout alongside the pseudorandom starting layouts really help each run feel unique. Its no Payday 2, but it doesn't have to be.

Don't be afraid of the learning curve - just play, and bit by bit you will figure it out. Lose world war two a few times, watch millions of your soldiers die. All good. You'll get there.

Runs well on the 5 machines i've seen it on. Mechanically sound and the developers understand what the core playerbase wants and is patching in a direction that makes ability use more risky overall. Great community and many open leagues/tournaments to participate in weekly. Every time I die I feel like I deserved it and I understand why it happened. Every kill gives genuine satisfaction. Its the same feeling I got playing CS and UT as a teen
