Classic RTS, one of the best out there.

Great game, very addictive. The game is easy to learn but hard to master. After an hour or so you will be able to play and score, but it will take forever to really master it.

Great game, very addictive!

Not just the best Call of Duty game, but also one of the best FPS ever made. Even though it's not realistic and strategy plays a little part it's very fun to play.

Great game if you have time to spare, you're going to need it. A grand strategy which, as the genre implies, has a grand set of mechanics which take quite some time to fully understand, let alone master it. The first 50 hours will probably just be goofing around, only half knowing what you are doing, but after mastering the basics it has a great replayability with other nations than the one you played with. Every nations has is own strenghts and weaknesses, which gives a, sort of, unique feeling to playing each one of them. This can give you hundreds of hours of fun.

Although a warning must be given. This game is great, but does require quite a lot of DLC to fully enjoy. Yes, the game is playable without DLC, but it does get harder with each update. The updates itself contain at a lot of new functionality, haulovers of existing systems and balancing, which are great. But some of the updates do require DLC, of which there is a lot, to be played normally.

I would say the DLC is justified, since the developers are still actively updating and improving the game and you can put an awefull lot of hours into the game (way more than €40 is worth) and the DLC is regularly on sale (after the realease of an update or new DLC the old DLC's go on sale and during most of the Steam Sales), so it is possible to get them cheap.
The EU4 Collection is, as of the time of writing, 75% for €23, which contains an awefull lot of the DLC.

Overall a great game, really good and has great replayability for unlimited hours of fun. But ou should be prepared to buy some of the DLC.

Best game in the series. They just did everything right. The setting is right, having a pirate ship really gives freedom to do whatever you want which keeps te game fun to play. Sure, it's not really a classic Assassins Creed game in the sense of the Assassins vs Templars way, but it's incredibly fun to play.

Overall a decent game. It has all the Assassins Creed elements which makes the game good, but the game feels very limited. The great economical and assassin systems from the last three games are pretty much removed. The village is quiet uselessand so are the assassins. The maps are really big, which forces you to travel by horse, not nearly as fun as running over rooftops.
But then again, the storyline and combat are great as can be expected from an assassins creed game. It's the worst game of a great series, which makes the game decent.

Great game, really has the open world feeling where you can just do everything you want. One of the best games in a great series.

Great game! Played it many hours before buying it on steam and played many hours since. One of the best strategy games there is, endless posibilities and many ways to win. Always makes you want to play one more turn before you quit.
