E-Seggs go wild

It´s a pretty good game if you like flying. It takes a bit to get into, I´d recommend having a Joystick rather than an Controller, because (and i cant say it often enough) this isn´t Ace Combat. This is a Sim.
Sure you will get shot down here and there and if you want to play Multiplayer, load the map a couple times in singleplayer first. Unless you like 10 Seconds per frame (yes im serious). Also, you should do that after every bigger update.
if you want to Learn Flying and get used to the Physics, I´d recommend Flaming Cliffs 3 DLC or one of the Cheaper planes.

The F-16 is also one of the best modules to get into Full Fidelity planes. Perfect allrounder and Excellent flight Performance

Edit: After 790h, i still agree with what i said
Edit 2: After 1.8k hours, i still think its an amazing game.
Edit 3: After 4-5k hours (i switched to standalone 2 years back)

I have about 4k-5k hours in DCS, most maps, all modules except for Ww2, harrier, and French stuff.
Trust me, its a rabbit hole you dont want to go down. Its an amazing game sure, but the deeper you go with DCS, the more you will hate DCS, and especially its Devs. ♥♥♥♥ constantly keeps changing, random stuff breaks, the missiles change their performance after every 2nd update, and you will end up waiting 4 years for a the release of recently announced planes. Half the AI looks like theyre taken from an PSP or PS2 Ace Combat game. Asides from that, it will take up 300-600GB of space, while all planes you probably want to buy, are going to cost more than a "full" AAA game (talking about 70-90USD) EACH.

Asides from that, its pretty alright.
