A very challenging take on building/management sims. definitely one of the most fun games in the genre I've ever played.

The main downside is the limited amount of scenarios, a map/world generator would increase replayability by a LOT. That being said you'll still get your money's worth.

Incorporating multiplayer with the trade/communication system introduced in the latest expansion (On The Edge) would make this game absolutely phenomenal.

Easily one of the best Dungeon Crawling RPG games of all time.
The infinity engine games are renown for their huge impact on the RPG scene as a whole and the Enhanced Editions from beamdog are no different. Icewind Dale is a perfect "pocket-size" D&D campaign. It's far more linear and less open world than it's cousins in Baldur's Gate 1&2 but it's setting, music and more combat-focused pace makes it a fantastic playthrough and I would still definitely rank this just as highly as BG 1 & 2.

Good luck at the spine of the world, Faerûn is as treacherous as always.

I played the original games as a kid, and it seems like the devs did a fantastic job of making it feel like I'm 8 again, playing this on my Pentium II. The nostaliga factor is fantastic and if you love RTS games this is a great way to experience the franchice that really kicked off the entire RTS genre.

The brilliant combination of old school RTS base builders, hero missions and insanely difficult tower defence with ZERO performance issues even with tens of thousands of AI pathing at once this game is absolutely fantastic!

If you're like me who has been loving Doom since we launched doom.exe via DOS then you'll love this.
If you're someone who hasn't played a doom game before but like other fast-paced shooters you'll love this (but play Doom 2016 first).
If you love metal and over-the-top violence and gore, then you'll love this.

RIP AND TEAR UNTIL IT IS DONE!

SOLID remake of HL1, really adds a lot of detail and brings this great adventure into 2020 in a way I never thought possible when I saw Black mesa announced back in 2006. Well worth the wait.
