As someone who considers the original Stanley Parable to be my favorite indie game, I'm extremely mixed on this re-release. I enjoyed it a lot as I was experiencing it for the first time but the longer I sat on it, the less satisfied I got with it. It starts off super promising but then you slowly realize everything new after a certain point revolves around a bucket that you pick up at the start of each run; with the gags it brings being very hit or miss. I get that it's supposed to be a critique on remasters/remakes as a whole not adding any substantial content but it doesn't exactly work when that's exactly what you are yourself. This feels like something that should've been a $5 DLC rather than a $25 remaster that somehow took 3 years to make.

However, for the 3 or so added endings that aren't basically the same exact original endings and paths but with WACKY BUCKET SHENANIGANS!!!! , it's just as top notch as the base game (and arguably even funnier than the original w/ the Narrator being cranked up to 11). I will say though with how long it took, I was hoping for a lot more than the literal bare minimum. Would've been cool to see some of the cut endings (like the warzone) be properly made or just more unique pathways throughout the office in general.

With all that said however, I'd still overall recommend this version for someone who hasn't played the original game as 99% of the original is still untouched (Side Note: It changes the Blue Door ending w/ Firewatch & Rocket League instead of Portal & Minecraft which just isn't as enjoyable imo. Also, there's no Serious Room in this one) and the added content still adds roughly double the playtime over the original. Yet if you already own the original, either wait for a sale or just watch a YT walkthrough of the new content.

Game: Batman Arkham Asylum GOTY
Genre: Beat em' up / Adventure

PROS:
+ Great use of the Batman world
+ Lot's of collectables
+ Expansive Open World
+ Scarecrow Segments (They're amazing)
+ Kevin Conroy and Mark Hamilton's performances as Batman/Joker
+ Challenge Mode
+ Comes with all DLC...

CONS:
- ...But from what I've seen it's just more Challenges for Challenge mode
- No Side Missions
- Lot's of Pop-In
- Setting PhysX to High or above breaks the game (Minor)
- The story gets too slow at times

Overall:
This game was one of the biggest games of the 7th generation and it's clear to see why. If you have the money, definately buy this game. It's great for both fans and non-fans.

Game: Counter Strike: Global Offensive
Genre: Tactical FPS

Pros:
+ Better Graphics
+ More Gamemodes & Maps
+ Free Russian Language Learner
+ More Weapons
+ Competitive Scene
+ Beginner Friendly
+ Weapon Skins...

Cons:
- Except a good chunk of them are terrible
- Expect to be playing 24/7 Dust 2
- The Community (Nuff Said)
- EVERY Update is just Pay for stuff.
- Deathmatch & CasuaI Mode Aren't Well Executed

Overall:
7/10

Game: NOT A HERO
Genre: Side-Scrolling/Shooter

The Good:
-Many Different Playstyles via character
-Charm
-Graphics and Music
-84 challenges...

The Bad:
-But only 21 levels (Short)
-HUGE difficulty Spike around the 11th level
-No Graphical, Control, Sound options
-If you do happen to beat an Impossible level. Feels like a relief then an accomplishment.

Overall:

I would love to recommend this game...

But I can't even beat the game to fully enjoy it. I eventually just quit playing around level 14 cause I just kept dying and dying. Now if your a fan of hard as nails games or just a fan of Devolver Digital's games then I recommend it cause it has their charm. But if your a casual gamer then Stay away from it. But the Spike Ruins it for me...

Game: Unturned
Genre: Survival/FPS

The Good:

- Looks Stunning
- Sound
- You can look like a gangsta. (Minor)
- You can play in your own way (Bandit or Team up?)
- Vast, Open-Ended Map
- Takes Inspiration from Minecraft and DayZ...

The Bad:

- ...Yet uses too much stuff from those games in my opinion.
- PvP servers are filled with bandits all the time.
- Only 1 map (Minor)
- Not optimized that well yet.
- Hackers are still found in the game

Verdict:

Unturned is a fun indie game with its many choices, vast map, and lots of things to do in the game, BUT the KOSer's and Hackers almost RUIN the game! Yet this can be avoided by playing on PvE servers.

Gud Game

The most fun you can have getting immediately booted out of a match by bots. #FixTF2

Game: Jazzpunk (Its funny and beautiful)
Genre: Adventure/Art (OH MAJESTIC!)

The Good:
- Visuals and Humor is top notch...
- Weird and wacky situations occur at the best times.

The Bad:
- ...But Sometimes the jokes are annoying
-2 hrs long.
-8$ for 2 hrs.
- Anti Climatic Ending.

Overall:
A good but short game. The game is fun + a beauty to look at.

Game: The Stanley Parable (Choose your own adventure: The video game)
Genre: Narrative Driven Adventure

The Good:
- The story and humor is writen very well.
- Many endings (18)
- Superb Tone and visuals
- Runs on Portal 2's source engine

The Bad:
- Takes about 2 hours to get through all the content
- Wants you to pay 15$ for 2 hrs
- Little - no gameplay

Overall:
Stanley Parable is an amazing narrative but really hard to call it a game. If you love story then this is for you, everyone else should stay away. Yet it passes for me.

Decent

Game: Garry's Mod
Genre: Sandbox (a.k.a Do whatever you want)

The good:
- There is little - no restrictions on what you can do.
- Multiplayer. (Minor plus)
- 100% Community made (ex. Gamemodes, NPC's, Maps, etc)
- You can mount other Source games (like Counter Strike: Source, HL2) to add content to the game.

The bad:
- Most servers have tons of restrictions on what you can do (Mostly Sandbox servers)
- About 40% of items are complete garbage or not worth it.
- If you have a awful computer it lags like crazy and crashes.
- You need At least counter strike source for the game to work. (Extra 20$ + GM's price of 10$)

Overall:
Singleplayer and friends-only servers gives you complete freedom to do what you want. And the community holds the game up. Yet, Multiplayer is restrictive on 90% of servers and almost half of the add-ons are plain garbage. But it is still a creative and fun game. Gather some friends and have fun.

Rating: 7.2/10
Worth your time :)

Game: Fortress Forever (Mod)
Genre: FPS (Pew Pew)

The Good:
- A remake of TFC/Quakeworld TF in the source engine.
- Nonstop Action.
- All classes feel unique.
- No games required for the game to work :)
- Skilled Players are rewarded with cool and fast paced action with their movement skills.
- It looks amazing...

The Bad:
- ...For an early source game (like HL2). So Its missing many features of newer source games.
- People that played the original TFC will feel Deja' Vu or be very skilled.
- New players will be too overwhelmed to play the game with all the skills.

Overall:
This is an amazing mod and I can't recommend it any better. DOWNLOAD THIS MOD!
