I think this the only game I have ever played that has made me mute my entire system because the dialogue was literally unbearable. Every NPC somehow manages to be actually impossible to survive talking to for more than a second.

I soldiered on for the sake of the gameplay which didn't hold up, either. Really floaty and weak feeling. Also the entire gameplay loop somehow manages to be an inconvenience, you're bound to the same place for a long time due to the nature of how the quests are built. Having played BL2 in its entirety, this is just a worse BL2.

I drew the line whenever the "main villain" said literally anything. What an insufferable character.
I recommend taking a look at this video for an example of how the dialogue for this game is written. As an RPG enthusiast, it's actually insulting.
