the somehow better overwatch

I think BI is one of the few studios, that take their craft seriously.
With that said, unlike others, i understand that the whole early-access thing is an opportunity to take insight of the development. Yes, this game still hasn't reached beta level yet. I guess, I'm just old enough to understand, that it takes a game to develop more than three years (all games in the late 90s and first half of 00s took an average of 5 years to develop). In the time of Doom3 and Half-Life2, you had Alpha-Leaks instead of Early-Access.

Now for the game. Yes, i have only 400 hours. Yes, it lacks of gameplay. In the moment, you loot and you KOS. Not much of base building, not much of survival. But that is no problem, because the game is just not finished. I'm patiently waiting for this game to get finished and i think this game will be very good. This is not EA, nor is it some other big-ass profit oriented get 60 bucks every year for the same game.

DayZ will be a glorious game, that takes the risk, to do something completely new.
