While the game itself is very very raw I adore it's art style and soundtrack, I've been waiting a game with this kind of atmosphere for a long time.
Can't wait for an art book.

Multiple people have recommended me this game and I don't get it. I really don't.

Most of the dialogues and text notes are weirdly written, and it's especially bad with notes because not only that, they overwhelm you with unimportant lore, while you are still trying to understand what are you doing here.

The story is almost non existent it pretty much says "we built a space ship for you, go explore!", characters are flat and uninteresting, there are just there to act as another type of text note, they don't move around, they sit in one place and the best they can do is an idle animation or play an instrument. If there was an interesting story then the game didn't made me want to care about it, even Death Stranding could do that, but this game couldn't.

I wanted to finish this game before writing this review in hopes that there will be something that would *click* with me and I begin to understand what the fuzz is about but the more I played the more it made me feel uncomfortable.

It's pretty good, always wanted an industry tycoon game that wasn't about money but survival

Is this a spiritual successor to SWAT 4 or Six Days in Fallujah?
36 robbers at the gas station (wtf?), every one of them is rushing at my team like I am in some sort of edgy counter strike.
And oh the edge, sometimes it feels like most of the levels in this game are some sort of halloween haunted houses instead of something normal OR "normal but something is off" like in SWAT 4.

Played it during early access, played it on release and it's still is just a weird mishmash.

Story and characters are dull, voice acting is horrible (I had to turn voices off), combat is painfully slow.

This game made me fall asleep twice.

There is a 50/50 chance that you won't be able to play with your friends. Because of "strict NAT"

"Snowrunner, when it checks for "open" ports, it goes outside the portrange that is specified. It checks a random port from 50000 to 65525. If that "random" port that it checks isn't open, then you have "strict" nat.

The fact that the game goes "outside" its suggested ports, but yet does not use those other ports and instead uses the specified ports is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, and terrible programming. Epic suggested I contact my ISP, because its the ISPs fault that the game netcode is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥."
