you can control people but not directly. like how recruiting was in gta san andreas. There are two trees ones direct the other turns them when late stage of brain extraction into allies.
also telekinesis needs to be upgraded to max to hover vehicles when walking.

essentially your limited until fully upgraded and can start transmorphing objects into material that may or may not turn into ammo.

the game has been in early access since GTA5 came out. We were promised NPC survivors when fallout 4 came out. instead we got cars and UIs for stoves? UI for stoves?? er okay i dont remember anyone requesting that.

I am not sure the words to use to describe this game. Its grinding but not for money. its grinding for the story. From fragile and broke to building your own city and skilled. The mindless frustration of clawing your way to coma recoveries. The waves of combat overthrowing society. Its modern version of morrowind for me. The ability to take out any character with in reason.

Its pretty good. Base building. They added a mine shaft building n almost every tool/weapon is craft able as long as you have 2 toolboxes (2nd one to craft bench) on map. etc; fire ax, shovel, katana, machete, bow, arrows, guns, bullets. Have not seen armor or clothing yet. not really needed as zombies spawn with clothing. Vendors kinda suck but that is to be expected its the apocalypse limited inventory. pretty cool to have every friendly human be trade able.

upgrades from survivalist
- crafting weapons
- pick / axe more in depth resource gathering from trees n rocks
- pits ( knee high punji pit )
- bow for silence
- 3 dimensional not top down
- graves - can pick up bodies
- garden expansion from just corn to ( chili, beets, cabbage, carrots, pumpkin, cucumbers ) that is what i found so far. corn is mentioned and beets in recipes.
- travelling vendors. their icon is a money bag usually two on the map.
- violent mercenary camps have a timer for taxing when in or near their camp ( annoying but gives life to the AI so good )
- camps will bury their own in graves this was interesting to watch thumbs up.
- inclines are no longer invisible walls they cause character to slide down when walked into. so bases in craters are not recommended. Mountains are still fine.

id like a refund now. They added an un-needed launcher on top of the game. My game is unplayable because i refuse to agree to the new account tracking system! They pretty much stole my money by changing user agreement. if i dont agree dont update. that simple. but no i have to update. i want refund or remove the installer.

- No interiors
- Skill positions are now unlocks. 1,000 unlock skill buildings. Title and increased expense for higher tiers.
- Everything can be unlocked by currency. Fame can be bought by donating, bribery, international trade (boat goes off screen comes back eventually)
- Maps feels smaller but cities are way bigger. Most maps have one city. One map has two cities.
- Almost all buildings are purchasable. Literally bought block of houses to demolish for placement of Clothing shop. Other family buildings need to be negotiated by sid civilization method.

Do not buy if your looking for enhanced version of Guild 2. These two games are almost completely different. It reminds me of a limited Tropico demo with added political features from Guild 2.

opinions:
Add dice game inside the bar n placed limit of 100c. interiors were pretty nifty in guild 2. Most memorable was Hospital, Church, n pub.
Windmill seems lackluster. Should be more like an addition within certain radius of the farm so the farm has the option to grind wheat. Having separate building seems off. As the cattle, sheep, n farm fields are all molded into the farm. instead of separate like guild 2. So why differentiate the windmill or the butcher for one or two items.

one feature to show how awful this game is at design. you cant cancel a demolish command. what insanity is this? Who forgets to include a cancel request? save before demolishing.

found another glitch very odd one. placing a bridge segment in this particular spot causes the game to close or crash.. very annoying.

Game does slow to a crawl from winter transition but i only notice it with farms its like deleting all the little plant objects.

Pros -
- You can terraform or move the ground (con you have to do this for bigger buildings )
- First person? You can take control of the npc villagers

Cons -
- no demolish cancel option
- AI is oblivious to wildlife without a hunters camp radius cover said area. forbid if one gets past the hunters camp you have a bear trolling around as if a kid in the village.
- buildings are limited one warehouse for raw materials. three houses one hostel.
- no population statistics for education or actual age. its generic etc child, teen, adult. would been better with added elder

They added a level system.. mmo mechinc in single player? no no no no. want very unrealistic? same exact warrior two different levels. one ten below you and one ten above you. ten below hes like a rat squash. ten above you, you are the rat. i preferred the AC2 with knights being tanks and pawns were chicken fodder. literally an assassin game where you cant assassinate? the concept of a nothing killing gods in the series is gone in the most god full portion of a game... im baffled pause please grind these ten side quests to continue....
