Doesn't work on steam deck, just leaving for awareness. it loads the intro video about North Korea tech but after crashes.

Very fun game. It uses map zones and you have to go to portal doors to load between them. first person perspective. The on the fly weapon part swapping is a neat feature. so for example the pistol when you hit the key it allows you to swap off the pistol slider for say a silencer or a machine pistol slider, also can take off or put on say a handle for the rail and swap off n on scopes, lasers, sometimes silencers or vented muzzle break. Colonial marines does this also but in the settings menu, this game does it live during gameplay, some players will find this annoying, as you can take damage limiting usage or to rush to avoid damage from enemies.

my personal preference, id prefer a 3rd person camera. The 1st person camera is good, but for me i get motion sickness.

Works on Steamdeck, need set up keyboard key controls. Gamepad is there but only for two keys. This is a Demo.
Dev recommendation. expand quick slots. 1 - 6 to 1-9. Use radial wheel for tools instead of quick slots. Add 3rd person. Camera makes me nausea. The illegal weapons are kind of both teasing & confusing. Almost lost my pistol between the three in inventory. Maybe make their icons red for not being usable.

they should kept more things from this version. Like the prison farm is genius.
This version is very nice like if tropico 3 had baby with tropico 5 but baby keep more traits of poppa tropico 3. Yes very nice.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: SSD REQUIRED, there is a reason for this.

M.2 = 2 seconds
SSD = 5 seconds
HDD = 60 seconds

if i am getting 10 second load screen on my, m.2 ssd,your getting 300 second load screen on HDD, thats 5 minutes. There is so many loading screens dont tempt on HDD unless you love traffic? if you can, they have 125 gig ssd for $20

Adds teleportation (psycast skip) and adds favors through title status. Nicer carpet, Nicer block floor, nicer double bed, and little amount of superpowers like jedi mind and teleport. superpowers tied in with title status.

Game isnt a steam game UPLAY forces you to bind it to a UPLAY account. so if you forget or lose your uplay account. youll lose all your ubisoft games. no matter even if you own them through steam. pure terrible design in the name of stressing the costumer while creating issues to sell more. ubisoft is dead to me at this point.

keep getting saving errors... other then that. the game is really good. hope to see extras stuff keep getting added. wanna see more plant cultivation and structure features.

there is base building, good chunk of crafting, diverse limb damage UI, well rounded fishing (traps, spear, and fishing rod), weird armor crafting, and layers to items their tree intertwined for crafting.

saving is restrictive to exit saves and structures crafted. except story mode has calendar save waypoints.

Epic games cross play asking for an email but only knows to print out error responses. probably intentional.

edit; had to open browser log into epic so their server would open the port for crossplay. this works on steamdeck (steam button > power > Desktop mode > open internet browser > log in epic leave open > go back to steam to launch game) crossplay will freakout for 30 seconds then logs you in.

Cross play wasnt worth it very glitchy not sure if they were flaky connection issues. Steam Side was very stable but then again i hosted with fiber internet. Haven't had any joins since crossplay logged into. Not many CO-OP players. Tops 10 people? Only 3 join able working.

edit; On Pc with a Ps4 controller steam controller input for DSU doesnt work. disable steam controller input for playstation controller the analog sticks are inverted in menu. but when you control character it is normal, but the menu and weapons wheel is inverted. when i toggle the camera and movement Y invert settings off it only effects the character not the menu or weapons wheel. The saint row reboot direct x selector is also inverted. works fine with xbox controller wired with steam input turned off for game.

Mixture of building, sailing, and dungeon crawl / cave. Singular user adventure, there is a town repair board.

Tech tree is confusing and the units are locked behind both science unlock and a ranking tier of three red, orange, blue. the tiers are so confusing and randomly given within in the tech tree. red 12 would be half the science tree and other side missions. that's right side mission in a land defense rpg... blue harmony is butch of xeno discoveries.
red = purity human combatant
blue = harmony bio warfare weaponry
orange = force / savage? robotics weaponry

i select quick and still takes 8 hours to max out science which lets you max out all 3 tiers. the tiers unlock from combination of missions, science unlocks, relics. espionage allows you to steal knowledge also. (espionage is amazing and broken at the same time)
