This is the game Starship troops should have been, It's amazing fun with friends, and pretty good fun on your own. It has Fortnite style unlock progression, which the kids will like, There is more weapons and abilities than you can shake a stick at. Half the fun is just trying combinations of weapons and abilities called Stratagems to see what can get you past the hordes of bugs

There is also Terminator looking robot enemies, they are bad... but you get to kill them with nukes too, so it's all good.

This has to be one of the most enjoyable games I've played in years, it's a meat grinder and you're the meat. Expect to die A LOT. but every time you do, you kinda don't mind, it's part of the process.

I'd highly recommend this game to people with friends, if you don't have any it's still good, but you'll be missing out on so much the game has to offer when a squad of 4 are all tripping over each other and blowing each other to smithereens.
