Top 2 activity at one of EU servers at the moment of review.

Strong execution by NCsoft, weak concept overall - very mass PvP oriented, good if you have 100+ friends to pull up (yes, you wont make it far with 1 guild of 70 people, more on that later).

P2W with everything that comes with it - bots, copers, deniers, toxic PvP community.

PvE progress locked behind PvP events, funneling more people into paying for progression and power instead of enjoying the game (I guess wallet fighting is also a type of enjoyment, I just don't get it).
PvP events (as far as I know on many servers, so take your gamble) dominated by alliances of 2-3 strongest guilds which completely erases any competition in that aspect of the game.

"Rich get richer" type stuff when your progress is accelerated by the amount of money invested (not to be compared with time invested since it completely fades in p2w setting)

Haven't seen the Korean release version but judging by feedback from other players and different explanations it's all going into the same funnel of barely making it if you play as a full-time job just to be surpassed by p2w enjoyers any time new milestone unlocks / new content comes out.

Enjoyable adventure for a few dozen hours, don't expect a good late game and engaging PvP if you're not investing (and I sure am not talking about time).

Truly the successor to Vermintide 2 that we deserved.

Tshhhh... Whatever riches you got there, BOY, they still won't cover the volumes of mortal joy this game may bring upon you. GIVE THEM UP FOR SOMETHING THIS USEFUL FOR ONCE!!!

Probably the easiest Paradox game. Great to start with. Less convoluted than CK and easier on detail than HOI.

Learn history, become a nationalist, become a lesser partner in a Personal Union, don't ever touch that retarded game ever again.

Unplayable without DLC. Average cost of the game in the end: like 100$

Score: 9/10.

It's a great game if you like micromanaging things within a closed area. Satisfy your settlers and they will hastily complete your expansion plans in return.

Stop watching videos, reading reviews - go play the game. You'll love it after a couple hours. Tutorial is there.

Brutal Randy Random or nothing.

Mechanically great, For Honor sure lacks a consistent player base, balanced matchmaking, good servers, and better learning curve.

Being thrown into matches where 4 people spam light attacks in same direction certainly does not help. Why not play 4v4 with newbies? See "consistent player base".

EC is a game of buts that isn't really going anywhere but to graveyard (coming from a person who is both 40k fan and been there since early access came out on steam).

1. Engine is great but the controls are chunky, hitboxes are off-point and don't even get me started on vehicle interactions.
2. Lore is great but any lore-related information is a color of your armor at maximum.
3. The mix of close combat and shooting is great but the interal balance and the one in between 2 fighting styles is horrible.
4. Variety of weapons is good but the usability goes from "utter trash" to "must field" with no in between.
5. Game can be massive...
BUT it is dead. The only chance of revival is a sequel from another developer.

Try it for free, don't buy it.
