FromSoftware packed a lot into the area about the size of Limgrave. The aestetic direction made this game look fresh and apart from base game. The exploration is as exciting as what we got used to.
On top of the old one, they introduced new leveling system which made a lot of clueless people belive that this DLC is too hard, when the difficulty is comparable to the base game. Many bosses on par with the base's best and they give a great visual and fighting experience.
I definitely and strongly recommend it.

The levels are average. The last boss is S tier, the rest are just mid.
I do recommend it because of the last boss fight and pretty big signifance to DS culture.

Not so captivating story of the astonishing Tsushima

Visuals - 10/10
When it comes to the environment, this game goes head-to-head with RDR2. The winner depends on how fond you are of realism. The game is absolutely beautiful, every detail of it. It is its biggest advantage, which alleviates most of the drawbacks, making it worth playing even if you are not convinced it's a game for you.

Story, world-building, characters - 6.5/10
This game is very immersive, and will captivate you to a certain level, but not without going through all the sub-stories of some of the characters and at least some of the side missions, because the main story is pretty plain and simple, not giving the beautiful island justice. Having that said - it's pretty hard not to get tangled in it all, but those that like to focus solely on the main plot will feel underwhelmed.
Besides the wonderful surroundings - the world is quite empty, the exploration is purely a treat for your eyes.
The game couples you with a bunch of (as long as you do the sub-stories) interesting and well-written friends, but the foes (besides the main antagonist) are lacking the same qualities, to say the least, which might make freeing the island a little bit toilsome.

Mechanics - 9/10
Another very strong aspect of the game is its mechanics. Where the game gets repetitive while defeating mongols, the fighting system comes in. Giving you many stances, combos, a lot of stealth weapons and not-so stealthy ones. Mastering both the ways of katana and silent blade are tens of hours of some of the best gaming experiences you'll ever get. You get to play both as an assassin and a samurai which takes ubisoft two characters

Challenge
I started with hard mode, and it went a little rough on me at the beginning, but since the game is open world and lets you farm whole lots before progressing, you can overlevel quickly, but the lethal mode, that I soon switched to, prevented that for the rest of the playthrough. Although, considering all the weaponry and charms that you can acquire, you still can make the game seem pretty easy.
The boss fights on lethal are moderately hard and will satisfy those that look for at least a little challenge.

DLC - 10/10
Where the base game limps, the DLC shines, as it builds greatly upon Jin's backstory and utilises its map better. If you liked your time at Tsushima at least a little, you will have a blast on the island of Iki.

Conclusion
I feel like the game, despite not being perfect, lands on my list of must-plays. Everyone should take a horse ride through the land of the island and immerse themselves into the duties of its greatest warrior.
Ghost of Tsushima could use a year or even two in the early stages of development, which I believe would make the game near perfect.

Bonus - performance
(Written soon after release) The game has issues with GPUs, prominently with those of AMD.
I am rocking RX 5700 XT and faced constant crashes at certain locations or fights which was very annoying and almost caused me to stop playing. I did not find the solution following most of the tutorials and fixes.

We need you to deliver some packages
and save the world.
  • I got into the game without any knowlegde about it. I had no idea how does the gameplay look like, besides knowing it is some kind of walking simulator with nice views all around.
  • The game welcomes us with at first ambiguous but promising premise of the plot and then we're being sent out into the unknown of the world.
  • First 2 hours into the game should give you the general idea about what the game is about, and you should be able to tell if you're going to like it. Does it get better with time? Sure, at first you're presented with little.
  • It definitely isn't a game for everyone. Some may preceive it at boring, however like I mentioned there isn't any "this game is good just play 20 hours first" discussion in place. Game kinda lacks in plot during the middle part, however this is when you'll be getting hooked the most into your job as a courier so it isn't that noticable. The walking part of Death Stranding has a lot of action and enrichment to it, I wouldn't pretty much ever call it tedious.
  • I believe the game could be a little bit harder on normal difficulty, so if you don't mind just a little bit of a challenge, bump it up.
  • It is kinda hard for me to rate the world-creation as it was my first japanese game, so certain elements seemed grotesque. The plot was sparse at times, but when it was there it was great. At times, you might feel overwhelmed and flooded with information and all kinds of calls/mails.
  • The part of the game that suprised me the most was its technical aspect. There were no performance issues and the physics, where at this kind of game they are as important as it gets were fabulous.
If you're a fan of post-apocaliptic worlds and don't mind taking the most important job at saving America by delivering some packages then go ahead, give it a try it will be rewarding.

I've played this game for around 2 years after launch and although it hasn't changed much in terms of gameplay, it is still quite relevant.
Playing lately through 27 hours I've not occurred any obvious cheaters nor grievers. Some minor things added are quite out of place, and some like reboot system - much needed.
Coming back, I've had to bear with like 4 new maps, but it wasn't very overwhelming.
The thing that takes some fun away is the loot, which after many boosts became abundant, but probably is necessary to keep inpatient players with low attention spans.
Marketing and content is pretty much all localized for Asian as since PUBG's decline in the west, Asia is its powerhouse, so western players nowadays can feel a little left out.
Concluding, despite many successors and competitors, the game is still relevant and enjoyable.

A Plague Tale: Requiem is really good example of how sequels should be done. It built up well upon the basis that the first game had given. Requiem is a little better at introducing side characters and making them meaningful to the story. The level design is as good as it was, stealth-wise, but also introduced some more variety combat-wise. But what makes this game truly superior to its predecessor is STUNNING visuals. I couldn't play one chapter without interrupting my own self and taking a couple of screenshots of the beautiful surroundings and set-ups, which hadn't yet occur to me after finishing RDR2. The narration is good, quite bold, and builds well upon the siblings' relationship. To anyone wondering if they should pick up this game after finishing the first one - definitely yes, exemplary sequel.

For me, it would be 9/10 gameplay wise and definitely 10/10 story wise. The main missions are always meaningful to the story and are brining the whole gamut of emotions, from hatred, sadness to happiness. The side missions are no worse, bringing colour and life to the enormous world.
Characters are just alive. They are very rich and realistic, no interactions should break the immersion for you. The dialogues are also on point.
The world is huge, full of life and beautiful, when it needs, it throws you into a lively, cosy town, full of folk, or makes you feel lonely in its vast wilderness and brutality.
The whole image of the game is just delightful and tear bringing in all manners.
