I've played through the whole campaign and I've experienced most of what the game offers. Days Gone appears to keep up with the immersion of The Last of Us but falls short in many ways. The animation of many characters in Days Gone is robotic and does lack a lot of emotion that is crucial for an immersive experience. Furthermore, the acting/writing of many characters seems unrealistic at times and cheesy. Overall the story is pretty mediocre at best and the only part of the game that kept me playing was the gameplay. The gameplay is very good but there are times where the game feels less realistic for example... when you're putting multiple sniper rounds in a person and he is still standing. If you're looking for a clone of The Last of Us and especially their fantastic gameplay and immersive movement, this game is not it. It's fun to a degree but soon gets repetitive and annoying. The only good thing I'll give the game is the graphics. The graphics are by far one of the best graphics I've seen in many games and if you're looking to buy a beautiful looking game with some immersion, then this is it. But ultimately, I personally wouldn't recommend it due to its cheaply written story and generic third person gun handling.

UPDATE:
game is still ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ everyone just sweats all day long and no one plays it casually. literally cant play a single game without someone spamming or being toxic. if you somehow do manage to get a normal fun game which is like impossible they will emote and be toxic after the match. dont bother playing this game is ass you'll just get hooked and rage and hate it.
