Lasand la o parte numele „exotic” si total nerusinat, pizdulice la gratar este o reteta veche, extrem de apreciata la sfarsitul-inceputul secolelor 19-20. „Pizdulicea” este o bucata de carne extrem de frageda, cu o textura asemanatoare muschiuletului si nu este deloc numitul organ. Se gaseste in interiorul pulpei, atat la animalul mascul, cat si la femela. Fiecare animal are deci 2 bucati de „pizdulice”. E o bucata micuta de carne, de 100-200 g, cat o palma, foarte putin cunoscuta publicului larg. In general, acesta delicatesa face parte din „tainul” macelarului, adica este bucata de carne pe care si-o opresc macelarii. In carciumile de odinioara, pizdulicea la gratar era la loc de cinste alaturi de alte delicatese la gratar: fudulii, momite, maduvioare, mate si mititei. Scrierile vremii amintesc de asa bunatati, stinse din belsug cu o bardaca de vin rosu ca sangele ursului.

Baclavaua are nevoie de aproximativ o oră pentru a fi gata și câteva ingrediente pe care sigur le găsești în bucătăria ta.

Gulas unguresc traditional – reteta clasica de gulyásleves + VIDEO. Gulyas din carne de vita cu galuste si cartofi este un mare clasic al bucatariei maghiare, poate cel mai celebru preparat unguresc, cunoscut in toata lumea. Nu degeaba. Procedura de preparare este una tipica, iar rezultatul este absolut delicios.Gulasul (gulyas) este frate cu pörköltul si cu papricasul si se face din carne de vita, manzat sau vitel. Gulyas inseamna pastor de vite. Ca o scurta istorie a gulasului: acesta apare in cartile de la sfarsitul secolului al XVIII-lea. Gulasul unguresc se gateste in general la ceaun, dar se poate gati evident si in oala. Gulasul de Seghedin (Szeged) este cel mai popular in zona Aradului.DUPĂ CASETA DE INGREDIENTE VEȚI GĂSI ȘI REȚETA DE GULAȘ UNGURESC ÎN FORMAT VIDEO. Acest fel de mancare se poate gati si la ceaun, in aer liber. Este si mai gustos! Am facut recent un gulas grozav la bograci – reteta aici.

بعد لعبة جيدة في كسغو، أنا إضافته لأنه بدا وكأنه رجل بارد. وصلنا الدردشة، على مدى الشهرين المقبلين أصبحنا أصدقاء جيدين. الكثير من المزاح، والكثير من كس كبير والأهم الصداقة الحقيقية.
