Due to weird saving system, this game has a ability to force you destroy things around yourself in anger.
After playing about 12 hours, I accidentally died. No problem, would you say, there is an forced autosave after every quest change and more. I just completed one so I've expected to lose about 30 seconds. Well.. load left me on the VERY BEGINNING of the wretched game. Why does it save this way if it won't use it then?

This looks really nice. Unfortunately, they SOMEHOW didn't payed attention to ability to RUN it. So I bought A3, I bought Karts DLC.. and you know what? NOTHING. No special runnable, no option to check, no menu item in A3 and no, it is not considered a mod probably because mod manager didn't found it.
They wrote this DLC was created based on some April joke. Looks like it is a bad joke as a whole - you pay and you can't play.

I really like Battletech world so this game was logical choose. And it is great. I like the worlds, variety of mechs and possibilities to modify them are really wide so you can spend a countless hours trying different setups.

Unfortunately it also suffers from the same as any other arena game with random attendants - doesn't matter how good you are if your group is bad. And that is sometimes seriously frustrating.

I like Fallout series. Spend an uncountable hours, days, weeks and months on it. But this.. this is simply not worth of wearing the name. This is not crap, because calling it crap would be offense to the crap. This is something terrible in so many ways.. I even don't know where to start.
Generally.. welcome to the year.. 2005 or something. Remember e.g. Oblivion. Go play it, it's better. Why? Lets sum..


Graphics? You will vomit from it. I've seen similar in games from 2000. But that is not the worst thing.

Environment interactibility? Almost nonexistent. You wouldn't believe it in year 2015, but almost all objects you meet are untouchable fixed things made of something very solid despite of look. Imagine chair that you can't kick away and will block your move. Imagine PAPER box that you can stand upon (!) and will not be distorted. And cant be carried away or kicked and of course WILL block you move. Only exception is that, for unknown reason, in every village there is some grass-cutter or another piece of junk, that you can kick away (just kick, forget about carrying things). Why this one and not the other milllion of things?
But this still is not the worst thing.

Speaking about environment.. don't try to think about what you see. Logic has not visited this area. Plastic chair at garden that survived A-bomb explosion and then 200 years in radiated environment and all other weather attacks? I call THAT a super plastic. Unfortunately, you can't buy such a garden super furniture in a hobbymarket. But who knows, maybe in 2077..

Next chapter.. what about Controls? Personally, I hate controls created for consoles that shows just a minimum of kind-of-mapping for PC. Annoying.

What about Story? Well, probably no one expected some great, deep, breath taking story - not from Betsheda. But this.. could you still call it story? Why side quests have sometime 100x better stories then main line? Pity.

Skills? What? What skills? Well, this should be a RPG after all.. Yeah. For some reason someone thinks that a just perks will do the job. I can tell you something. They cant. And forget about deep specializing in some area to become an expert in it fast at cost of no advancements at some others. Not gonna happen anymore.
And still not the worst thing - but we are closing to it.

and the "winner" iiiissss... conversations. What am I talking about? Well, RPG is about interactions - and since there are no other players, interactions with NPC. And if this applies for RPG then it is 20 times more important for huge open world. Unfortunately they made some terrible cripple from conversations. You have just a four options in each moment, described by.. 1-3 words. Looks like thay couldn't pay for someone who is able to get together a whole sentence anymore. So you will often desperately thinking what the hell will that option do and how it differs from another option. Especially after you find out that what character actually says is sometime not even close to that proposed option..
Reducing all possible jokes and fun to the option "sarcastic" (which is often more stupid than sarcastic) is just a last sad point. All conversation will turn into pain or even nightmare. And believe me, there is a lot of pain out there..


Of course game has a few good points also. Like huge open (ugly) world, tons of side quests, and the new great crafting system. But overall.. its not worth even a half of its price. Its not worh the name Fallout. Its not worh your time.

WW II version of Ace Patrol. New planes, other things are the same - except plane damage is not repaired after each mission.

Simple rules but its more sophisticated then it looks from start. Sid definitiely knows also other things then Civs :)

Huge world, plenty of side quests, great graphics, variety of play styles.. Its even better then Oblivion :)
Already spent a few days on it and still searched only about 10% of the map :)
