But this is an open world, and you can't control where the player wants to go, and it's hard to predict. So Hidetaka Miyazaki did two things. The first point is that he divides the reinforcement materials into a very detailed one, with ordinary reinforcement materials being one category for every three levels, and each level of reinforcement materials for special weapons being a different category.
