GTX 970 4gb, i5 6600k 4.1ghz, 16gb RAM, SSD <--- can't even get 60fps in low settings.

EDIT 12.2020: RTX3080, i9 10850K, 16gb RAM, SSD M2 <--- fps drops to 40fps when quickly moving mouse.
