可怜的杰克早已忘掉了自己的内心，从开始你帮助的第一个混蛋，就会再帮助下一个，丑恶与混乱无处不在，你改变不了什么，只能如同蝼蚁一般苟且偷生，如果有一颗正直的心活不了两周，不光是桑德家族与瓦加势力会干扰你的决策，还有腐败的市政府与资本势力，杰克从来不是弗里堡人民口中那个超级英雄，更不是拉那心里最公正的人，他做不了什么，他什么都做不了，什么也改变不了，就如同游戏菜单里那面破碎的盾牌一样，杰克穿着警服戴着警帽，但是内心的那块盾牌已经碎了。
