I saw your comment on the Armscor mod a while back about wanting to help. I'm pretty sure that mod is completely dead at this point sadly. I make a mod revolving around african conflicts, you can see it in my workshop, if you might be interested in collaborating let me know. I'd love to add some SADF stuff to it.
