Unique universe that offers an exceptional level of detail and immersion. Players may find themselves getting caught up in the vast amount of exploration, game mechanics or creativity. Mods also add a significant amount to the user experience.

That being said, there are significant weak points to this game. There are glitches that should have been fixed, but somehow are not. For instance, the game "gets stuck" and requires console commands when performing certain actions to reset the animation. The game also suffers from terrible graphics optimization. Highly capable computers will cause the game to actually speed up when not bounded to 60/80 fps settings. This also slows down loading somehow. In both cases the use of mods may overcome these challenges, like the modded launcher and unbounded fps during loading, but simple aspects like this show a lack of effort in these regards during development.

Overall, the game offers a beautifully developed world worth exploring. Even at the expense of some time in order to set the game up to run properly.
