They call this DLC Ember Knights 2 they're not lying!!
I've been looking forward to this DLC ever since it was announced and it feels like an entirely new game was added onto my existing save file when my friends and I had previously reached a point in our gameplay when all we had left to do was crank up the difficulty modifier and achievement hunt.
The new worlds and bosses being an alternate reality swap is a cool concept that works well with the storyline and you can tell that a lot of love was put into every nook right down to the last secret.

My only wish was that the architect boss fight had multiple phases like the Praxis fight does. But I'm sure it'll become more of a challenge for my friends and I when we up the difficulty modifier.

Also...I love the Ember Dog/Cat with all of my being and would die for that little critter

If you’re on the fence about getting this game, GET IT!
As a fan of historical fiction and supernatural elements, this game has consumed my entire life.
The characters are intriguing, the story has plenty of different routes/layers that encourage replaying. And the visuals are awesome. Plus DEMONS!! Need I say more??

Honestly, the best way to describe the feel of this game is Hades crossed with Undertale in all the best ways possible. The art style is incredible, the music is fantastic and the controls are super tight. It's tough but fair and even better when you factor in that this can be played solo OR 4-player multiplayer

I got the chance to play the Open Beta right when it came out and that alone convinced me to pre-order right on the spot. I love this game & can't wait for more story to come out soon!

I backed the kickstarter the second it was launched and was right at my computer at launch day. This game is equally amazing to the first one and holds the same formula while adding a ton of new and exciting features. I cant wait for the rest of the updates and game features to start rolling out!

This game is pretty legitimately terrifying, my nerves are still on edge even writing this review.
The initial control bindings take a while to get used to but can be rebound easily.
Overall both entertaining and anxiety inducing.

I love this game so much! The dialogue is hilarious, the characters are fun. Its great to play alone but even better to play with a friend (or a whole group of friends) and try to screw each other over for the same character. Definately a unique concept mixing a board game type with a dating simultor making the dating aspect much more entertaining!

Amazing game, amazing series in general. All the games are fairly simple, enough to come to understand in one or two rounds. Perfect entertainment for friends and family of all ages with the family friendly filter on
