Bomber crew is a surprisingly fun game to play.

Overview
Looking at the store page, this should be obvious, but here's the gist: You play as a bomber crew (wow, amazing, I didn't know that, especially not from the title) of 7 people; the pilot, navigator, radar operator, mechanic, bombardier, and 2 gunners. It does leave one slot open, the ventral turret gunner, but shortages of good men means you just have to live with it.

Gameplay
In this game, you have to micromanage EVERYTHING, from the targets your gunners should shoot, to any broken components, fires, and skills your crew can perform. Quite tedious, but very exhilarating when you're under fire from 20 different enemies, half your crew is dead, and all 4 engines are on fire while the self-sealing fuel tanks try desperately to save whatever fuel you have left.

I won't be writing a guide, but here are the basics:

Targets
Targeting is a core mechanic of the game. You press space and aim your focus circle at whatever needs attention outside of the plane, from navigation, bombing targets, and (99% of the time) the entire ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Luftwaffe. They will not leave you alone, and will continuously spawn. Aces will be the bane of your existence as their health pool is large and have OP, definitely historically accurate weapons.

Crew
You have 7 crew, as mentioned before. Each crew can have 2 different skill sets, their main job and a secondary job. Secondary jobs are a bonus and will rarely be used, except maybe the engineer and bombardier (who should be given first-aid & gunner skills respectively). Give your crew some good armor so they can survive a volley of cannon fire aimed directly at them (except your engineer, make him/her as fast as possible to solve any problems on the plane) and MAKE SURE NOT TO TURN YOUR CREW'S PRONOUNS INTO WAS/WERE. If it (inevitably) does happen, you have 2 minutes to grab a medkit and revive them. Also, don't get too attached to the crew. Most won't make it through the war.

Big Floaty Metal Box
At the beginning, your plane is trash. Worse than trash, actually, but still usable as a bomb bus. However, as you upgrade the plane, towards the endgame, you will probably have an AC-130 bomb bus. Your plane will be extremely armored, up-gunned, carrying the latest secret technology the Brits could offer. Your plane will still blow up though. Don't worry, if your plane is destroyed, a new plane will be given with some upgraded parts to match your current research points. Don't expect your old baby to come back to you though. For a detailed plane guide, just go to the community hub and follow their instructions, I couldn't be bothered to write all the stuff and strategies and whatnot here.

With the rambling over, here's my reviews:
Pros:
It has a lot of good stuff going for it. You have many different strategies that you can play the game with, depending on your skill and reaction time, varying from crew loadouts to plane loadouts. You also have a lot of realistic WW2 styled missions to play with, mostly bombing stuff, but occasionally rescuing survivors or SHOOT THOSE ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ PTU-BOATS.

You can also customize your plane, making a realistic WW2 lancaster or whatever unholy creation just popped into your mind. (Side note: My first plane was designed after a Wellington, and by the end, I had created Lufthansa and Femboy Express, so go wild)

Core of the gameplay is repetitive, but each combat mission is unique as the enemies are different, and how well you fare depends on your skills, concentration, and luck. Lots of stressful scenarios you have to deal with, but overall, very fun.

Cons:
There are lots of cons as well, and hoo-boy, here I go.

1. You will die. A lot. As mentioned before, you will die and lose a lot of crew. By the end, I had killed nearly 70 crew members, which is 10 bomber's worth of crew for context. If you lose your crew, you need to re-train their skills which takes forever, and lose your bomber, and well, you're looking at 10 hours of grinding to get back to where your previous bomber was.

2. Money. Money will always be a problem. You gain extremely little for the amount of work you do, and most of your income will be from optional extras such as recon photos or finishing off ace pilots. The grind is real and extremely infuriating if you want to upgrade your plane to the max, repeating the same couple missions over and over again. And then you lose your bomber (again) and the cycle continues.

3. Replayability. This game has very little replayability. Main missions are fun, but the core gameplay is, take off, go to target, bomb target, shoot fighters, (hopefully) return to base, land, upgrade, and repeat. There is very little replayability as the game rarely deviates from this loop.

4. Survivability. This is a huge problem, especially late game. By the end, your plane will feel like paper while the enemies rip your plane apart. Your crew will always be going down, and worst of all, IF YOU LOSE EVEN ONE OF YOUR LANDING GEAR, YOUR PLANE (most likely) WILL EXPLODE UPON TOUCHING THE GROUND. This mechanic infuriates me so much as I cannot count the number of times I've quit and restarted a mission because my plane would tumble and explode after trying to land on one wheel, killing everyone and destroying my plane. I play War Thunder, and despite that game being unrealistic, I can sure as hell land ANYWHERE without ANY wheels without tumbling and exploding.

5. Enemies. Enemies are absolutely BS, especially late game enemies. Most enemies will be annoying, but late game enemies will hound you with 20mm cannons, and god forbid the aces who fire very-realistic, very historically accurate guided missiles at you, basically destroying your plane in one or two barrages. There is almost no way to defend against it, and the number of defensive measure are limited, basically guaranteeing a death. Also, YOU, a single bomber, is expected to fight off the entire german luftwaffe, which infuriates me so much. At best, you get 3 spitfires helping, at worst, you're alone with little to no method of defending yourself.

Other than these flaws though, very fun game to play.

I actually liked this game. Nice and short, with some horror elements.

Pros
This game does have a lot of pros going for it.

Art Style
The art style is a low-poly art style, as can be seen on the store page. It does have a lot of unique artwork made for the game, especially the stamps and seals used in passports and documents, so the developers have actually put some effort into making the game stand out from other low-poly Unity games. But art wise, what you see in the store page is what you get, so no complaints here. (IF ONLY ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ MOBILE GAME MAKERS COULD LEARN FROM THESE GUYS)

Story (Spoiler Alert)
The story is the main selling point of this game. Story wise, it is a simplified and much more linear "Papers, please".

You are a "QR code issuer"(?) (I thought this was done by a computer program but OK whatever) in the Yublin Federation (Definitely not Russian Federation) and your job is to issue QR codes to the people of Yublin as the Sorona-Virus (NOT Corona-virus) rages throughout the country.

You then start to go insane as you are locked down in your home, and as the days go by, you go more and more into despair and eventually into a comatose induced dream sequence where your actions decide the ending. There are 3 possible endings: Good ending where you survive with your family, Bad Ending where you die, and Normal Ending where you survive but the rest of your family die.

The story has a simple premise, and the TV-shows are quite funny as well, mixing insane interviews with homeless people and obvious propaganda, so props to the developers for writing this.

Gameplay
Just like Papers, please, you read instructions, issue QR codes, and survive the day (paying bills 'n taking care of family 'n stuff). Your actions do matter, but they don't hold as much consequences unlike Papers, please. Some actions do matter, but playing the game normally, they won't really affect you a lot. Money also really isn't a problem unless you decide to screw up big time or do it intentionally, so it is more casual, so to-speak.

The game is set in a 3D world, so it is a 1D upgrade from Papers, please, and does have fluid movement and camera. Nothing too crazy to comment on here, and no obvious flaws.

Cons

There aren't a lot, but there are a few, especially regarding the story.

Gameplay and art style wise, there are a few segments where it becomes insanely dark and trippy and becomes hard to see, and during one of the last levels, I spent nearly 10 minutes looking for the last bill to pay because of how dark it was despite using the flashlight, so not exactly perfect.

Story wise, I don't know why, but this MF is weak as ♥♥♥♥. On the FIRST ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ NIGHT he has a nightmare "due to the lockdown". Like dude, the weekend is 2 days long, you must be having a stroke every week if this is how you feel after just a SINGLE day of lockdown.

Then on the second day, he decides to go out shopping, which if you spend more than 3 minutes, you get the virus. I mean sure, COVID did that as well, so whatever. But he then gets Corona Sorona-virus and goes into a COMA. A ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ COMA. But there were cases like that with Covid, so OK, FINE. Then he goes into a comatose-induced DREAM where your ACTIONS and the amount of MONEY you saved up decide the ending??? The ♥♥♥♥ is this guy on? Like not even drugs can do this, yet this guy decides whether he and his family (along with the people on TV except el dictator presidente ) gets to LIVE or DIE in his ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ COMATOSE DREAM!

But other than that, highly recommend to play, and worth your money, even if not on sale.

TL:DR: Worth your money, short Russian version of "Papers, please".

Early Access Review
This game is definitely fun to play, but has a lot of problems that need to be fixed.

Gameplay

Before we start, I need to warn you, THIS GAME IS NOT CoD. IF YOU WANT THAT ARCADE EXPERIENCE GO PLAY SOMETHING ELSE . The amount of people I have encountered online that simply run and gun and die instantly is quite amazing, seeing as the store page specifically states that it is a "Serious Slow-Paced Tactical Shooter" . Don't run around thinking you will get all the kills.

There are currently only 2 game modes, PVP and CO-OP. They should be self explanatory, but in case you don't know, PVP is a team deathmatch where two teams try to kill each other, while CO-OP is a game mode where up to 4 people undertake a scenario. CO-OP modes could be defusing a bomb, securing hostages, or both depending on the map, but that's it. The game doesn't offer other game modes, but for the majority of players, these are what they will play so no real issues there.

Guns, Guns, Guns
The gameplay is good, but not the best at the moment. Though I can't really fault the game design, the way the guns handle feel clunkly and less refined than other games like Insurgency. Recoil does kick harder than most games, but it does add a bit more emphasis on precision and quick aiming, which I do like.

You get a semi-wide variety of weapons, and each one of them is customizable with attachments like lasers, sights, muzzles, grips etc, but not all guns are equal in customization as some guns have more attachments than others. Each gun does mirror its real life counterpart in terms of damage, fire rate and recoil, so no major issues there. The role of players in CO-OP are mostly decided by what primary weapon they take, so you could take a ballistic shield to be a pointman, a shotgun to be a breacher, rifle for general combat, or an SMG for clearing out rooms. Pick your poison and knock yourself out.

Utilities
You do get a variety of utilities, as would a real SWAT team would, though choices are limited. You get to choose 2 items between a grenade, a flashbang, C2, an under door camera, and NVGs. Pick your utilities based on your teammate's loadout or what you are familiar with.

Negatives of the Game
Though at first glance, the game looks good, there are a lot of problems.

Recently, they added Denuvo anti-cheat system to the game, which for some reason really makes the game laggy. Hopefully it gets fixed in the future. Multiplayer is currently a mess with hits not registering properly, teleporting players, a small playerbase, and some extremely toxic players. It really does make the game a nightmare to play for PVP, but CO-OP is usually a better option, which basically eliminates 1 of the 2 available gamemodes. Not a really good look for the game there.

There are also a lot of gameplay issues that I would like to address.

First of all, you can't aim all the way up. When you are trying to clear a really tight staircase, the limited maximum elevation doesn't allow you to hit enemies that are 2 floors or beyond above you. I don't know why this is, it's just not realistic and makes me frustrated whenever I die trying to climb the stairs.

Second, you carry a limited amount of ammo. A bit too limited when playing co-op solo or with 2 people. I get that it tries to emulate realism, but please increase the number of magazines a person carries, or make it a utility slot where you can carry extra ammo.

Third, utility capacity is too limited in both the number of utility slots as well as the amount of utilities you carry. When you pick a flashbang or grenade as your utility, you only get one. Yes, one flashbang and/or grenade. Who brings a single flashbang when clearing an entire hotel? I may understand this decision for PVP, but for Co-Op, you really need to increase the number of utilities you carry. Also, please re-work the Under Door Camera. With the speed it is deployed, it is just unusable in both Co-Op and PVP.

Fourth, the Training map shouldn't have a timer. I don't get why the training range has a timer. I get that its a seperate server, but it doesn't mean that it should have a timer.

Fifth, AI enemy detection is too good for being in the dark. The whole reason of switching off the lights are to make the enemy confused and reduce detection risk, and yet they seem to know exactly where I am, even when they aren't looking at me and I am crouching. Turning off the lights should really disorient them and reduce their detection cone and radius.

Sixth, the game's audio just isn't great. Guns sound weak even with no suppressors attached, flashbangs are a joke in terms of visual and sound, and grenades don't sound too strong even though you are throwing it indoors. Please fix.

Seventh, opening doors are unnatural. Sure, opening the door slightly and fully, as well as the option to kick it down is good, but when peeking a door, the door should open as the player moves through it, rather than pressing another button to open the door fully, which breaks flow and hinders movement, both of which could get you killed.

There are more issues, but I won't list anymore since this would turn into an essay.

Overall, the game has potential, but it just doesn't boast any of the upsides that similar games offer. Even SWAT 4, a game released in 2005 has more features than this game does, and it is kind of depressing to know that. So I can't really recommend this game in this state.

TL;DR: Game is good, but can't really recommend in its current state.

EDIT 1: Denuvo hasn't been implemented yet, but I am still experiencing regular frame drops, especially in PVP. I don't know if it is software, hardware, or simply an NVIDIA thing, but despite upgrading to a 2070, I get regular frame drops from 80 fps to 20-30.

One of my favorite games. First pirated the game, but later came back to buy it. It was too good to be free.

It is very deep with a few comedic elements, and the 8-bit artstyle brings out the game. The added bartending mechanic also makes you pay attention to the dialogue and makes you really feel as though you are there at a bar hearing people's problems. Really under appreciated for what it's truly worth. 100% your time and money.

Also, it has little girls. I liek

Wanted a game to have a quick wank. Somehow ended up in Harvard and now work at a big hospital fighting Covid-19. Not recommended.
