Buying Starter Edition is better than buying the full game.
Playing and grinding to get more operators is way more fun than having all operators already unlocked, since if you already have the full version, you won't have a real primary objective in the game anymore and kinda lose interest in the game very easily. Plus way more cheaper and you'd be saving alot.
