Super fun and easy to pick up and play on a day off. 10/10. Not a GTA clone or another "simulator" game, but something that balances telling a solid story and giving the player a ton of agency.

Just buy the base game, worry about DLC later. If you're a fan of fleshed out RPGs and Grand Strategies with a Sci-Fi twist, this is your game.
