I do not know what mainboard you have, I have ASUS and voltage name I'm talking about on ASUS MOBO is called "DRAM Voltage"
Also you have to remember to run your RAM in GEAR1.
Asus name for this is Memory Controller:DRAM Frequency Ratio
And GEAR1 is 1:1
This is the best speed.

This program has RAM stability test, run it for 10min. It will load your RAM, and make a stress test.
If will pass the test without any errors, you can go for 30min. test to be sure that all is fine.
But if you have errors, and your PC will crash during the test, then 100% your RAM needs to be adjusted, for me it was simple change from (default) 1.35v to 1.39v
I write you the answer here, because the moderator banned me on HUNT forum after I named user @Duncan Idaho a SHILL, which is a true :)
Anyway, I hope it will fix it for you.
Fists try to change display to FULL-SCREEN WINDOWED, it does help me with crashes when ALT+TAB, or EXIT.
Also, if you run XMP profile on your RAM, you should learn about how to increase voltage on RAM.
I run 12900K but with 64GB DDR4 3600MHz, and I have to increase voltage to 1.39v.
From my knowledge is safe to run for daily use even 1.45v. But I don't need to go more, my PC is stable running with 1.39v.
