Stop releasing games on Steam 6 months or a year after the official release. I only purchase games on Steam, and if a game isn’t available on Steam from day one, it’s very likely that by the time it is, I’ll have lost interest and won’t buy it—just as has happened with many games already, and as will happen with future titles as well.

In this case, I bought it, and even though I think it’s an interesting game, there are some “multiplayer” mechanics that made me request a refund.

This is a message not just to Ubisoft but to all game developers: release your games on all stores from day one, so that players can choose where to buy their favorite games.

I'll start by saying that I loved the first Helldivers, but with this second chapter I can't even access the main menu, I don't hide my dislike for "Always Online" games, lately I've only played single player games, after purchasing a game, I expect to boot it up and play without having to install additional software (anticheat) or have any connection errors to the game servers.

With this chapter I wanted to make an attempt and try to overcome my dislike towards always online titles, but apparently the dislike towards this game structure is destined to remain...

I reluctantly had to refund it, without even having tried it (since I can't access the servers).

Keep making Always Online games, and I will continue to avoid them.
