Yeah, i agree with TTMXMP, we as moderators are here to help you make this group grow, but we need directions from the admin as well. A little direction from you Fox, as the owner and admin, might be helpful and will help this group grow in the long run.

And well just tell your mods what you want of them. Want your moderators to find news about music and just post it? Do the moderators post once a week as one big news letter or just whenever someone finds something?
One of my tips is just to try and get all the moderators as active as you can asap and bring them with you. They are there to help remember! =P

But here is the problem, I think you Fox (admin and owner) want the group to grow large, while me (and MAYBE the other moderators) don't want that. I'll rather be in a group with active people with 300 members, then one with 3000 and no one is active. The problem with big groups is that it is so easy for them to just die out kinda. I have seen this happend more then once before you see and it ALLWAYS sucks. :/ And yes the common Steam user just want free stuff, but if you wanna make a giveaway group that also have something to do with music, sure, go for it, but then I would also like if you made another one that was just for music and not the giveaway stuff.
Now this is just what I think. But I am glad you atleast talk openly about it! :D

And I don't mean free games only, but also materials, news, reviews, updates, notifications, etc. Basically: show must go on, and it must be free of charge. Main problem for me is not even about the money, but the lack of free time. Well, to be honest, money also is an issue “thanks” to Steam rules (if this need an explanation – You may ask here).
I really need to go now. Maybe that reading confused You even more – sorry for that. I’ll try to decode what I trying to say tomorrow.

- About giveaways:
I clearly understand that this group is about manifestations and influence of music on of all us and our surrounding. However, I also understand that without some sort of donations (any size, form and shape) from me, or the ones who care about this little project, further development of "Your Music" will involve a whole number of difficulties. Psycology of steam users’ majority is pretty simple and approximately equal to behavior of a crowd, despite the fact of course that singly they all are unique personas, in general they all are craving free stuff.

Giveaways are nice. Maybe relate them to Music? Like giving away a copy of (insert music game here). We all love this group and want to see it strive. I'm willing to help and I think also some others are too.

I agree with S12, it would definitely help the group activity group to rise, plus we want to attract the attention of people who come for music, not free giveaways.

My input might not have any impact, but I would still like to say it. I agree with the other moderators, Fox. Also maybe all of us can try to be in the chat as much as possible or atleast make a thread that is very active (we just gotta make sure to make it able for new people to jump into the thread =P). But Merry Christmas to all of you! :D

Yeah i agree with S12, for the last couple of months, this group is not about music anymore, but it's about giveaways and stuff, we have given too many and it has changed the state of the group from music to a giveaway group. Cutting out the giveaways might be nice.

Stop doing giveaways so often for a start. This is a opinion group not a giveaway group. Maybe one every so often like a month or two would be nice. Start doing events for games and just chatting about music and making friends.

I thought about gifting someone this group as a New Year present or make few people an officers, so they could post announcements.
I'm focusing on achieving real life goals and overcoming troubles.
If You have ideas on how to "unfreeze" the current state of the group please let me know in the comment section.

My favourite song is either 21 Guns or 21st Century Breakdown. Both by Green Day, these songs reach out to me in a way by talking about heartbreak, democracy, among many other topics. The genre of music is alternative rock and i enjoy it. Very much so. Green Day is also my favourite band, i found out about them around 5 months ago because my friend told me about them. I think the band has the right combination of that punk rock feel to sort of 'entertain you' but also has a soft part and quite calming sections. Feel free to look up those two songs, I'd highly recommend it! Thanks! :)

Not entirely sure what kind of movies you guys are into, so i'll just start with a random genre. When it comes to scifi I think my fav movie series would have to Alien. First time seeing it scared the living crap outta me. The atmosphere alone is extremely frightening and makes you think how scary space can be. I've seen most scifi/horror movies that resembled Alien is some way or form. I'm really hoping to find more movies like it and needless to say im looking forward to Alien: Covenant.
