We're still here....

Our history is a complicated one. We're a group that started with about four members and a single Counter-Strike: Source server. After some time, WMD grew in to a group with over a hundred members, thousands of regular gamers, dozens of game servers across multiple games, and even a sand cat for a mascot. In 2008, WMD closed it's doors. Many of it's members moved on to another group, Hassle Free Gaming, which too has since closed it's doors.

Many of the original members have kept in touch, and With the influx of new PC games being released (Battlefield 3, Counter-Strike: GO, and Borderlands, to name a few). We thought it would be nice to round up the troops so we can all game together again.

Today, WMD can explained simply as a collection of friends who have been gaming together on and off for the better part of a decade. We're essentially a social experiment gone right! :)

Rust and Valheim Servers Online!

Hey Everyone!

Talk about a blast from the past eh? I hope everyone out there is doing well!

I just wanted to drop a quick line to let you all know that I have a new PvE Rust server, as well as a Valheim server online. Both servers are running smoothly and have great mods on them.

The Rust server is a great set up, its purely pve, has raidable npc bases that spawn around the map, and tons of other fun things. If you havent given Rust a play in a while, there is lots of new things to do!

Valheim is a new up and coming survival game, it's a lot of fun to play with some folks, so we tossed a server up for that too.

The Lost Isles Giveaways!

Hey Everyone,

Exciting news! We've had a couple of generous folks donate a slew of Steam Keys to be used as giveaways!

I'm not going to set a firm giveaway scheduled, because what is the fun in that? We'll try to announce them the day before or even the day of though.

Here is how these are going to work; We'll announce a giveaway window. During this window, we'll give a couple randomly chosen people from the Rust server, a randomly chosen Steam Key. EZPZ. The games range from indie titles, to AAA releases. Enjoy what you get, it's for fun. :)

So, lets get this started. I'll toss out a key tonight, for science. Then, tomorrow between 6PM and 10PM, we'll pick a couple people at random and drop a key on ya. :)

We have enough keys to keep this going for a while, haha.
