Laws of the Land (Server Rules):

1. No griefing/trolling and or abusing glitches in order to harrass/annoy other players. Example: If you initiate an attack and then flee to water you are griefing, glitching through buildings,deconstructing stuff or placing foundations/buildings in people's bases without permission.

2. PVP, war declarations, and banditry is allowed. Spawn killing/camping at people's homes isn't. To siege a town you are required to stack logs in ramp fashion.If you are killed in a raid and want to avoid a second death then when you respawn you should yield and not interfere.

3. Human climbing is not allowed.

4. Pouncing is allowed.

5. Racial slurs, personal offenses and disrespectful names are not allowed. Be nice and respectful.

6. Do not disconnect or login on player bases and towns.

7. Do not tunnel under walls, tunnel in peoples bases, using tunnels as a griefing method.

8. Hacking/Cheating is not allowed.

9. Claiming structures that aren't yours is NOT allowed in any circumstances.

10. Role-playing is welcome. Have fun !

11. Admin will trade items that arent in the game for corresponding items you can get. Wheat/flour, Grapes/wine, Silk/wool/ Eggs/Milk etc. at the same rate these are prouced by the corresponding structures. Friend Tasaii-GHOST on steam for these requests.

12. Mining is not allowed, only mine enough to find ore and level your mining up to 60.

Disrespecting those rules will result in warnings/kicks and eventually bans. If you have any questions, feel free to add one of the admins on steam or ask them in-game.

The server was moved to a ddos protected location. It will not appear in your favortie list due to the ip change. Find it in the server list and add it to your favorites. The server has not been wiped. Refresh the timers on your warehouses and houses etc. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Since the wipe there has been a no raid rule in place that will expire 5:00 PM Eastern Monday 11/17/14. Everyone should focus on completing walls, other defenses and getting weapons made to defend yourselves. I would recommend always having a weapon equipped even tho you are building/crafting/farming etc.

so is it worth waiting for them to update the server? if they do update the server will all our stuff be there or should we just start over on a different server?

The inactivity by the three GMs that moderate this server is directly attributed to the drop in population caused by the recent DDoS attack. I doubt they even know there's a patch to update.
