As of Wednesday, June 14, 2017 roughly around 2:30pm *his time* Wilde hung himself and commited suicide.

Here's the message briefing that follows.

Tragic death Sander de Bruin 2G

Dear parents and students,
Unfortunately, I have to inform you that our student, Sander de Bruin from 2G, has made an end to his life tonight. Father reported this to the mentor.
Sander struggled for a long time with himself. He also received professional help. It seemed to be better with him recently and therefore we are very excited by this terrible message.
Tomorrow at 8.30, the staff first come together to stand still at this tragic event. You will understand that the lessons will come to an end tomorrow.
From 09:00 to 10:45 there is an opportunity to stand still at our school when Sander dies. We will provide our own care coordinators and also the GGD care.
The students of 2G, the class of Sander, are collected separately
The exam training for the class 4 students will continue according to the agreed timetable.
I'm sorry to bring you this terrible message, but I am fully confident that we as a school community will find the strength to deal with this loss.

Some may have knew him, others may have loved him. Regardless of how we knew him, wilde was a very special person and we will always remember him in our hearts. Thank you for letting us know you wilde and for the experiences we shared with you.

Personally... Wilde was like my little brother, and the closest person in my life. I loved him very very much, and I will always remember him. May you find rest in heaven and peace be upon you little brother. Rest In Peace.
