Hola, just to note, officers and up now have access to the above mentioned room, basically if anyone needs urgent cash for auctions etc.

The way it works: You withdraw 100 energy per click, but you have to add 500 minimum! (basically how the wells work by default) Currently each well contains 100 energy. I'd be nice if any taken energy would be re-deposited after its reaquired.

I will probably make the room Veteran-and-up in the future, but as for right now I'd like to see the concept work on a basic level.
