First! :3

I recommend two excelent films, first: "Letters From Iwo Jima" based on letters found on Iwo Jima, telling of the regular japanese soldiers stories from the battle, from preperations until US forces captured and secured the island. US caulties exceeded those of the japanese. Secondly: "The Eternal Zero", two japanese teenagers wants to find out who their grand father was and goes of to interview his peers from the IJN. They call him coward for leaving battles early and never returning without any damage to his A6M zero fighter. They find out he's doing everything to survive so he can return to his wife and child. Both are truly great movies.
