"Less Overkill, more Community"

Welcome to The Vocal Minority!

We were formed after Payday 2's Crimefest 2015... "ordeal". We exist mainly to point out the lies and borderline illegal activities of Overkill, we pointed out the large amount of unfair bans and managed to get quite a many removed, and we try to assemble and get change done when it comes to Payday 2.

We're not sure what we are right now. However, we're developing that right now. What we would like to be is a community right now.
So far, we have some ideas:

-Acting as curators. We want you to be able to play games without worrying that they're acting like Overkill, and maybe you'll learn of some new games?
-Playing together. Plain and simple. We all know how terrible pubs can be, on any game. A place where you can talk with people that play the games you play, and meet up. Play with yourselves, together.
-Complain. aka forums. Want to read up on terrible devs? Want to complain about how developer X decided to give you the middle finger and make money? Here is the place.

Starbreeze has class A and class B shares, with tickers 'Star A' and 'Star B', respectively. During 2016 they both hit their highest points around 16-17 SEK per share.

In December 2018 they both cratered to barely over 1 SEK per share. They're still at that price today.

"The insider trading took place in November 2018, one month before it emerged that Starbreeze faced insolvency, local publication Dagens Industri reports. Ahlskog stepped down from his position in October, and Klint followed in December.

Ahlskog used his insider knowledge of the company's financial troubles and limit his own losses by selling off shares. The ECO tells us that SEK 700,000 ($72,494) was seized -- the former manager's proceeds from his trading."

There was one conviction, around a 4,000 dollar fine paid. Bo Andersson was cleared.

Do I think this investigation covered all of the potentially illegal activity at overkill and starbreeze? No way lol, I think most of us here know that their scummy behavior runs deep to the core. And my guess is that donation (oh sorry technically you were sold a mask so they weren't donations) fundraiser is directly related to the insider trading.
