You need to be in Vincere Ludere 2 for this to work!:
type this in the console: bind w "+forward;cl_clanid 22879259"; bind d "+moveright;cl_clanid 24652758"; bind s "+back;cl_clanid 22879259"; bind a "+moveleft;cl_clanid 24652758";

It will change your clantag from Vin'Lu to >Vin'Lu< automatically when you move in-game. If you want to get rid of it type in the console: unbind w; unbind a; unbind s; unbind d;
Then just go to your Settings > Keyboard/Mouse and bind WASD back to movement.
