A new SteamOS installer

VaporOS is an installer for SteamOS with numerous additional features. It can also be used as a framework for developing your own SteamOS installer. This group is there for discussion and information about anything VaporOS related.

This new version includes RetroArch and Ice-SteamOS for emulation, Xbox 360 controller bindings and TRIM support are back and many other things have been added.

Joined because I can't find the normal SteamOS group, maybe I am blind I don't know but I just can't find it.

Since i cant find any consistent help with stock SteamOS I'm switching to ubuntu...

Hi all, I'm total newbie with VaporOS, just found it 30mins ago.
Having install troubles with base packages, my GeForce GTS 250 is unsupported so nvidia driver package fails.

Stephenson's Rocket install wen't fine, but VaporOS did not... so i presume that there is something to be done about this. What I could do to get over this issue?

Is there any way just to install base system and fix that driver issue later? Compiling nvidia drivers is not new thing to me, unfortunately :)
