This is a NATO and defense pact designed purely to defend groups which cant defend themselves. We are a ever changing and ever growing group. We are currently one of the most advanced ACF groups out there at this moment. We hold events such as parades and meetings of the senate.

After Chancellor Bragda handed Chancellor to me, I've made some reforms. The Shadow Conglomerate has been renamed to the Serthenian Union.
