As some of you may know for the past 5 weeks I have been battling steam to restore all the functions of my premium account. This was the result of someone else's interraction with another user. I did not partake in any inappropriate trades.

Here's a copy of the back and forth between myself and a member of steam support, rest assured I have not given up on this matter and in due time this issue will be rectified, with the inncocent victim (me) reimbursed.

Following some chats that I have had, I have found a petition which generally calls for steam support to get thier act together.

Feel free to sign up if you have had a similar negative expereience with steam support, or if you feel like simply supporting a relatively well known and trusted member of the community.
