1000 FPS

I was on a mission to achive 1000 FPS when it wasnt required i wanted to make the server as high quility as possible to keep everyone happy, after spending alot of time tweaking the server with diffrent operating systems and kernels i found it pretty much impossible to achive. Basicly i wanted to make the server 1000 FPS when i talk about FPS i mean frames per second not what u see on the screen but how much times the server updates in a second. tick on the other hand is how much times data is sent and received over the network in a second there for it is unnoticable a server diffrence of 600 FPS or 1000 FPS but... everyone sends data at diffrent times meaning that it aint in sync. lol. i quote "Reaching only ~950 FPS instead of 1000.0 is not an issue. may i add 1000 would have been achivable if valve made proper updated programs instead of being greedy ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, Zblock is a prime example of this so many fixes that valve didnt bother to fix
