Team of 10, looking to get better.

We practice an do exercises like 5v5 scrimages, two 2v3 site defends, and aim maps. We're looking to start from the bottom and get better practicing together, maybe reach global. (Nah, not really). We're going to choose 10 people total, 5 per team, the other 5 are backups. Joining requires cooperation, no matter how much it will destroy your ego. Without a mic, it's going to be tough to get in. Also, members will be officers.
