As a very novice coach to BB2 should I start my casreer in Cabalvision Open League ? I have read that there is less conceding in the Championship ladder but do not feel I am good enough for that yet, cheers.

@ Spark: Thx dude. But after Deathstalker taught me a thing or two about timezones, the saturday's actually suit me pretty well (I had it backwards, figuring I would have to play the guys from NA in 6 am in the morning, which turned out to actually be 6 pm instead). So I'm good to go.

probe/ape (idk what you want to be called). We usually play on saturday's all day but if you and your opponent agree on it youi can have until Friday to play (this must be agreed upon before Sunday). If your schedule is too erratic and unpredicatable then we have an open league where we can have pickup matches. I'm usually up for a match if you see me online. Just try to friend people in the group as I'm sure other people are too.

I just recently discovered bloodbowl and would like to join your league.
But I can't find a way to apply since in the Matchup coach thread it says:"Only reply to this if you are in the league".

How do I join the league in the first place?

@Spartan -- that's awesome! I'd have taken you up on an offer like that but I bought the game for me and my gaming partner last time it went on sale. I've been on a GW buying binge because so much shtuff is on sale! I'ma spend myself back into the poorhouse at this rate.

Im a complete noob (I've played several GW tabletop games but BB wasn't one them, always fancied it..) and would love to play some multiplayer. Ok, my giveaway post has some issue with no one noticing it (I can't beleive that no one would want a free game), so I'll be posting it in comment form. I'm giving away a copy of Space Hulk and the original back-up person to give it to did not wish to take it (meebee has limited internet, it would cost 30 pounds and take 2 weeks to download it). Anyone who has posted in the legion, be it Shades under this, with just 1 or 2 posts, or Horus the mighty, founder of the legion, can enter. We need someone to make a fake (or real if you want to be part of the league) team in the random league, it will not begin unless we have 10 and a couple people could not make it, so we only have 9, so someone make a team and put it on the random league if you can. Thanks.

Make sure we are hanging out in mumble or the group text chat throughout the week for pick up games in the open league! And join the open league if you have not!

Just a warning for whoever plays me this saturday. I have a chess tournament I'm taking part in that lasts most of the day and I'm not entirely sure when it should get done. (Depends on match lengths). So if you are scheduled to play me this saturday I'll either be on late or not at all and we'll have to play sunday.

Also for those who haven't yet. If you make a team go ahead and take the time and name your players. Trust me it will just make the game that much more fun knowing that each character was your creation in every way as opposed to random generated game names. Also after a game or two when the Hall of Fame has really started to shine if you have a player in first place in any of the ten spots you'll be like, "♥♥♥♥ Yeah! Bobby the Beanpole is the best runner in the league." That was just the name of a skink on my Lizardman team in the Open League.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank the community we have gotten together. Everyone has been very active and there is ALWAYS someone I can play with when I get online. 48 members right now. Although as Rob has already so elequantly said multiple times. 48 members and only 16 teams registered and accepted right now. I don't want anyone missing out on the fun. Make sure you get that team in, and yes this message is meant to pester everyone who hasn't did it yet. How else will I start making notes on my future enemies :D
