Uh, it's a group. Be in it, and take part in events. 'Nuff said. Well, except for the text below.

TO BECOME AN OFFICER: You must be a moderator chosen by me because of uh... potential or whatever. OR be a moderator and develop good relations with me and show good qualties of leadership, and kindness, or whatever. OR take part in at least three events as a Moderator, and acquire my approval of the promotion.

TO BECOME A MODERATOR: If you are part of this group and at least 13 or older and are a player in the group, you are eligible to be reccomended by 1 moderator and/or at least 3 players in the group. I will then probably promote you, after doing the Voice Test (if you sound 13, then you're good), OR take part in at least 3 group events and acquire my approval of the promotion, or just be liked by me. (o3o)

NOTE: This is a newly started group, on 2/11/14, so there aren't many players in the group yet.

THE GOELDN SCOOTZ RAFL

Hello, Kult members! I'm starting the first Goeldn Raffle!
Anyone that enters gets a fair chance at getting a good item. Anyways, 1 free entry, a second entry is a scrap, 2 scrap for 4 entries, and a 1 rec for 9 entries. The entering has already begun, and ends on [undetermined]. Just say "Entered for [amount] entries," and when I'm online, I'll send you a trade invite, on the due date Friday sometime. I'll also post a document with all of the entries on it sometime towards the end of this weekend, or possibly even after. So, here are the standards of the raffle:
•Maximum of 10 entries per person
•If < 15 members enter, there will only be 1 Winner
•If 15-30 members enter, there will be a Winner and a Secondary Winner
•If > 30 members enter, there will be a Primary Winner, a Secondary Winner, a Turtiary Winner, and if the member count hits 50 by the Raffle, then I may have a Quaternary WInner.

M2AM (Message To All Members)

First off, I know that every announcement is a message to all members. Second of all, this announcement is just a Start-Up related message.

1.) YOU MAY INVITE ANY OF YOUR FRIENDS TO THE GROUP. This is true as long as they are able to speak enough Enlglish to communicate, and as long as they play TF2.

2.) RAFFLES ARE 100% FAIR. I may in the future create a program to choose using the entries submitted, but for now I'll just pick names out of a cup.

3.) REGULARLY CHECK THE ANNOUNCEMENTS AND DISCUSSIONS. There may be events that you will miss out on if you do not do this.
