Swampy is predominantly a Worms Reloaded player. He can rope like you've never seen someone ... um ... rope before xD I first met swampy in L4D1 Survival Mode in early 2011. He was spamming the mic with the song Idioteque by Radiohead. For some reason his Steam username reminds me of the names of the melodies in The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time ... lol ... The Bolero of Swampy, Minuet of Swamp, Requiem of Swampsong, Swampsong of Water ... ;P

EDIT (7th Jan 2018): For a long while now, Steam no longer lists group members anymore. So it doesn't matter. I still recommend for anyone to boost themselves to at least a Steam profile level of 8 for your own good

49 members is the max Steam will allow to display in your friends list group tab. I've been kicking members who have not logged into Steam for months to maintain this number. But I don't think I can maintain this number any longer. Eventually the list will be concatenated to "View all members".

If I was going to kick out members who have clocked zero hours in the last 2 weeks or have a Steam Level of below 5, does that seem fair? *radio accent* What are your thoughts, I'd love to hear some.

For at least 2 years I had been playing L4D2 mainly on American servers. It seems to be more or less dead. A lot of the action has moved to Europe where playing with 350+ ping isn't an option. L4D1 had died for me a long time ago worldwide. When I remade this group it wasn't clear to me as it is now ... it's needed now more than ever to keep things alive in L4D survival mode. And to an extent it has.

There are a few inexpensive coop games worth looking at:

If you're a Worms Reloaded fan, swampsong is the guy you're after. He's even part of a Steam group specialising in worm’s stuff that you might want to check out if you're interested.

Sanctum 2 is an FPS tower defence type of game. If you ask me to play this game with you, I might have to knock your teeth out. But I find it interesting how I've somehow accumulated almost 30 painful hours of playing it.

trash is currently interested in ORION: Dino Horde which has an open world survival mode. Very similar to Killing Floor. If you don't mind mindless and bland action, then it's an ok game. He's also interested in Sniper Elite: Nazi Zombie Army 2 which is a switch from L4D campaign mode.

Then of course Contagion, to which I have been very interested in its Extraction mode. But the last time I played it, there were a few bugs and finding a server wasn't easy.

Not that it really matters, but I'll add more games to the group profile. These were just some of the ones I feel were somewhat of the latest that you can easily get into. It ain't quite like RUST or TESO, but what the hey ...

I noticed we've finally begun to pick up the pace and started to have a few L4D2 survival games going, despite the shortage of crappy ad-infested Australian servers available.

Some pretty cool games going on hitting basically the 30 min mark holding the 3rd Floor Bridge on Mall Atrium. And tonight with a Burger Tank game with Psycko and Itsh Done, we hit 17 mins 32 secs on first round. We weren't even taking it seriously ... lol until after, but then failed ^_^;
