I feel like Crystal Desert is the place to be...
But it all depends on wether or not everybody can get in the game straight away to get a spot on the server...
but ArenaNet has said that for the first portion of the game, you can freely switch between worlds... so that is good. If everybody doesn't get to Crystal Desert we can choose another world that will fit everyone.

Don't forget that the servers will be open around 3 hours before the actual midnight release...so if you want to get that name, keep trying to login atleast 3 hours before so that you can get in and make those characters...
